Canvasea Shipping Policy
At Canvasea, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Below is an outline of our shipping policy:
Shipping Carrier
Canada Post service will be temporary suspended due to recent Canada Post national strike.
Current available carriers are UPS and FedEx. Please select your prefer carrier during checkout.
Processing Times
- Products in Stock: Items that are in stock will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
- Products Not in Stock (Production Required): Items that need to be produced will be processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days.
- Products Requiring Material Orders: If materials need to be ordered for production, it may take up to 10 business days for the product to be ready for shipping.
In-Person Pick Up
Pick Up Availability: In-person pick up is available. We will notify you when your product is ready for pick up.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination. You can track your package using the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Delays
While we strive to meet the above processing times, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly if there is a significant delay with your order.
